The Commission provides full online explanation and support of its compliant process at CHE Student Complaint Procedure and form. Complaints regarding student grades or conduct violations are governed entirely by institutional policy and will not be considered by CHE.
Verification of Student Identity
Certain online courses may require the completion of an examination in a virtually proctored environment to confirm the identity of students. Students will be charged a *fee of $17.50 for a virtually proctored exam.
